Our company has mainly tackled the key technical challenges in critical micro/nano equipment, carried out the R&D and application of "micro/nano manufacturing equipment and instruments", "micro/nano interface engineering and devices", "flexible micro/nano imprinting", and "functional optoelectronic materials and devices", established an innovative platform for micro/nano flexible manufacturing that is "modular, knowledge-intensive, upgradeable and quickly configurable", and aligned our technological landscape and foundation with that of developed countries.We persistently promote cooperation and innovation in the industrial chain in multiple directions, and have formed significant applications with industrial impact.In the interdisciplinary fields of nano-optics, smart manufacturing, and new materials, we have developed or will create a series of major target products.

The team mainly engages in theoretical and basic/applied research on micro and nano optics and advanced displays, including optoelectronic devices for virtual-real fusion spatial display, 3D display, head-up display, near-eye display, and advanced display.The team has carried out systematic research on key devices, fabrication methods and system integration, and studied core technologies for virtual-real fusion spatial transparent display based on large-aperture spatial imaging transparent waveguides, augmented reality (AR) head-up display, and glasses-free vector light field 3D display.The team creatively introduced the virtual-real fusion spatial transparent display technology, an advanced display mode proposed for the first time both domestically and internationally.
The team has tackled a series of key technical challenges in nano-patterning, including the methods for the generation of micro-/nanostructures, optimization of optomechanical system performance, in-flight exposure technology, digital light field data uploading and refreshing, real-time detection and processing of substrate morphology, 3D computational lithography process for complex patterns and micro-/nanostructures, and 3D lithography fabrication of microstructures on large non-planar substrates through network collaboration. iGrapher3000 large-scale UV 3D direct writing lithography equipment and key technology are the first of their kind to enable large-area flat-panel devices with continuous surface and complex micro-structure on 110-inch glass substrates, the first to possess massive data processing capability and transform it into designed micro-/nanostructure morphology, and the first to support the thick photoresist process for 110-inch photoresist plate.
The team has developed a smart endorsement system applied to vehicle number plates, realized personalized laser endorsement of 3D dynamic images, and provided technical support for the pilot program and promotion of new energy vehicles' number plates.The team has also overcome the challenges in all aspects of the 3D printing nano technology, defined the document formats, advanced algorithms, and processing software for 3D images expressed by micro-/nanostructures, and independently developed a laser 3D plate-making system that supports 3D images of micro-/nanostructures. They have broken the bottlenecks in the transfer process and material of micro-/nanostructures and established a batch production line for zero-emission, roll-to-roll (R2R) micro/nano transfer printing, which provides a cutting-edge multi-dimensional (3D and dynamic) image design and controllable micro/nano manufacturing technology for the image engineering and printing industry.

Founded in December 2012, Jiangsu SVG New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Siyang Economic Development Zone, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province.

It has established an advanced process for one film solutions for flexible touch screens, the only one of its type in the industry.

Focusing on the construction of the center’s innovation platform, SVG has formed a high-caliber team consisting of more than 100 people, most of whom hold master’s and doctoral degrees, through industry-university-research collaboration. The team members are all great talents in optics, mechanics, electronics, software development, engineering applications, and other fields. Long dedicated to the basic research, technological innovation, and R&D of flexible optoelectronics, we have accumulated extensive research and application experience and formed one of the few highly innovative and entrepreneurial teams in the field of micro and nano optics in China.
Boasting a national postdoctoral workstation and a Jiangsu provincial academician workstation, we have received honors such as the Excellent Team for Innovation in National Defense Technology, Innovation Team of Jiangsu Province, and gained support under the Jiangsu High-Level Innovation and Entrepreneurship Leaders Cultivation Program, and “333 High-level Talent Development Program” of Jiangsu Province. The team has undertaken or participated in many projects funded by national programs such as the 863 Program, National Major Instrument and Equipment Program, Major Research Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Program for International Science and Technology Cooperation, etc. The team members have published many papers in top journals, such as the International Journal of Optics, and have been invited to give oral presentations at international academic conferences many times.
